Hahaha, Charbits letter….
“Wait – is this the same “it wasn’t me” Richard Charbit now admitting that “it was me”? Why should anybody believe ANTHING written or said by a proven pathological liar?

If this guy Charbit does not have some sort of an agenda, why not just resign, sell his property and go somewhere else with his constant diatribe. Does he not have any form of humility? It makes no sense for a man who has maligned himself in so many ways in our community to wish to stay. Move on, Go Away! "Pride befalleth a Man!"
I think the community should have a "Vote Of Confidence " for Charbit vote at the upcoming HOA meeting, it should be considered an emergency given the status of infighting and great division among us as owners. The facts speak loudly that this Man should not be fundamentally allowed to represent us with his background and character flaws, not to mention that is is expelled from the country. How could we allow this person to serve? It defies all form of logic!
Many of us are greatly confused why he would remotely wish to stay on, doesn't he have much more important issues in his life to consider?
