By Panamanian law, we need a certain % of homeowners to vote for the Steering Committee removal.
The number needed is 96 homeowners (only one vote per home). When we have the required number (and we are getting close) we will call a special election and the entire community will vote. 96 votes that want them out and then it is done.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU NOW:
We need everyone who has not already sent us an email stating to vote them out to EMAIL US NOW, so we can call the special election and get them removed before more damage is done to our homes, our values and our peace of mind.
HAVE YOU EMAILED US THAT YOU WANT TO VOTE THEM OUT SO WE CAN INCLUDE YOU IN OUR NUMBERS??

I was previously a supporter of the SC and its advisers until now! I have watched closely the comments and posts on both blogs over the past month. It is crystal clear those who are behind the VE Neighbors site only posts "factual" information and those who claim to call this site the "Trash" site, posts nothing but trash and only put up blog posts that forward their agenda. I ask Charbit once and for all where is this "Jaw Dropping" evidence to expose Mr. Henrich? Where is it, RIGHT NOW! PRODUCE IT.
Your lies and lawsuits against your group must be defended on your own, with your own money. You and you alone got yourselves into this mess and you alone need to pay and defend it. In answer to earlier comment.
The last SC that the homeowners wanted removed stepped down or quit on there own. That was the SC that spent over $80,000. on a "consultant" without a homeowners vote, etc. They resigned amongst the pressure and the homeowners did not need to call a formal vote to force them out.
And yes, some of them are behind this group. Staying in the shadows this time.

You have been out of the loop. I have already been beaten up and character assassinated. Until you are, you have not fought enough to stand up for your rights of opinion. Every owner needs to get engaged or pay the price for silence!

I think to insure honesty in the voting every owners vote should be posted so each of us can review that our vote was counted / represented honestly. Why would anyone care what vote position an owner takes. It is subdivision. Not a life or death decision. Given the distrust in this community, this should be mandatory.

The counting judges are Dieter Dosch, Erich Dubowich and Don Dreibelbis.
I know the post results of the elections, and the ballots are in the office, I am however, not sure if its legal for each vote to be published because of privacy issues.
I know the SC will not have a problem posting the spreadsheet with the tally votes, however, please make sure all homeowners are OK with their selection being published.

Telling the VEHOA how we vote does seem to be an evasion of privacy. Why would a non home owner cast an illegal vote. There are only so many votes available. This is not Florida.
