Charbit mentioned over and over the "JAW DROPPING" evidence; Bruner & Bell (both on the SC) followed in line destroying his character with lies. They produced absolutely nothing but a lawsuit against themselves and the HOA and we all have sat idly by allowing a fellow resident get slandered without an apology. WE ARE SORRY RALF! Sorry it came late as well! What is more amazing is we have let them get away with it and still serve us!!
RALF has always stood by and protected this community for our interest. When Charbit called Ralf a 'snitch', do you realize that it was Ralf looking out for the homeowners best interest, when he told Charbit that he must disclose his true identity to the homeowners and be honest with us, or Ralf would. WHY? BECAUSE RALF BELIEVED WE SHOULD BE AWARE THAT A KNOWN CONMAN WAS HEADING OUR STEERING COMMITTEE. RALF'S 'snitching' was to INFORM US and PROTECT US! That is called PROTECTION and SECURITY. Everytime Charbit calls Ralf a 'snitch' he is insulting each one of us and counting on our ignorance of the situation.
We should all be giving high praise to Ralf, but instead, with Charbit in control of the SC, he has done everything possible to ruin Ralf and his business interest in VE and our trustworthy security that we have had for many years.
Charbit and company brought in a new security company that HE PLANS on controlling. Charbit knew Ralf would never let him take over control of who enters our community, SO HE HAD TO GET RID OF RALF BECAUSE HE WANTS CONTROL OF THE FRONT GATE. It is not just his hatred for Thalia, It is all about control! And Charbit wants to control more and more of our lives, as evident now with demanding a copy of our private homeownership papers!!!

“MANY, MANY HOMEOWNERS ARE ASKING “HOW DO WE GET THIS SC REMOVED”.
Of course it is anonymous.
But who are these homeowners?:
Thomas,Schneider,McAbee,Parker,Comstock,Verdnikov,Bowling,Culbertson,Griffin,Maesky,Mullen,Isham,Calixto,
Sherrard,Burress,Moore,Velasquez Salazar,I may be missing a couple but thats about it.(no specific order).
Plus of course 2 more (or is it 1 couple?): Henrich, Velasquez, these 2 are not home owners or residents but they post a lot on the trash site.
These people have been harassing the SC and under the command of McAbee, Griffin and Parker, they have decided to try to sell out the rest of us to SAM’s WIDOW.(see their proposed cc&rs)
To do that they send all kinds of emails to the Home owners lying in the face of facts trying to woo them to give them a proxy to complete their bad deed.
What are they proposing?: the status quo, i.e roads in disrepair, terrible electrical system, sub par water and sewerage system ( better than the rest thanks to Jon Arcuni), coming back to BCS so ralfie can get back his sinecure.
And who knows? condos on the golf course?, they are probably invited to invest in the project, so they can be rewarded for their loyalty to SAM’s WIDOW.
Finally consider this: who would spend all their waking hours slandering me and repeating their lies over and over again, but a bunch of bored losers?
Thanks Ralf,I hope you see this. I am sorry this has happened to you! I feel a part of the problem because I remained silent feeling this SC would attack and call me names and a loser to. We need to get back to place where we can all be able to speak our belief's without fear. This SC just attacks us for not agreeing or by the recent comment calls us losers, Thank god I am not listed on Charbit's rant. Villa # Can't tell.
Ralf, I am sorry we have let you down and allowed this crazy man to continue to destroy our comunity and he now calls a group of owners against him "Bored Losers". this person is running the SC?
I emailed them to put up copies of our billing invoices and bank statements on the blog for us all to review and no one got back to me. This guy calls this the "Trash Site" just incredible what VE has become. I sure hope when they all are out, we can get your services back. I guess I am one of the "Bored Losers" now.
Ralf, my wife and I are dismayed at what has happened to you here in VE. We always felt safe and confident when there because of your excellent track record and your team of guards who know the owners and watched out for everyone with great care.
It is hard to imagine after reading all this, that this was allowed to happen to you and your company. My sincere apology Ralf, and when I return I will tell you in person. My family wants your company back guarding us in VE. I don't know this new company and I know they can't know the homeowners like your team does.
The lies coming from this small group of people who are supposed to be taking care of VE, is like watching a fictional movie, because it is so unbelievable what they are doing and what they are obviously capable of doing to every homeowner.
Owners must not be paying attention and are in the dark on whats happening or surely they would have demanded they resign.
Ralf, I hope to see you and your team returned to normal in VE soon, and these hooligans ousted. We sent in our vote.
