The Self Appointed's Did It Again!

This self appointed group is so desperate to hold on to control and power over us the owners, they stoop this low and posted this notice (BELOW) telling US not to vote or support getting rid of them!  Funny how none of these questions were important to them when they were self appointed.  It is this group who single handedly screwed up our community and this is why the VE membership will have them replaced.  They have serious issues they need to resolve in their person.

For the record,stated over many times,  THIS 5 MEMBER BOARD TO BE ELECTED HAS ZERO CONTROL OVER ANY PART OF OUR COMMUNITY! THEY ALL AGREED TO PRE-SIGN A RESIGNATION LETTER AND GIVE POA TO THE VEHOA MEMBERS WHO WILL BE RUNNING THINGS AS A RESULT OF THE ELECTIONS. THEY ARE ONLY SERVING IN ACCORDANCE TO PANAMANIAN LAW.

Funny to, their questionnaire to the BOD is in English, all 5 BOD members are Spanish!   Silly them again!   They just cannot get anything right!  Why do they want so much power over us?


Congrats to us for change! This very small group of VE Neighbors site  (laugh) has just passed 26,500 page views.   WOW, we never knew 5 or 6 VE owners could read this many pages.   These self appointed's are truly a laughing stock! Why will they not participate in solving our problems once and for all? Because they want control of our money for their legal messes. That's why!

The following people have been suggested to be members of the BOD of VEHOA by the Valley Escondido Neighbors. (VEN)

The Board of Directors ranks second to the General Assembly in governing power of VEHOA. Therefore, it is very important for the homeowners to know who these people are. The Steering Committee (SC) suggests that each of the above VEN nominees submit answers to the following questions.

1. Do you live in VE? If not where do you live?
2. Who asked you to become a member of the BOD?
3. Are you employed by VE or any homeowner?
4. Are you employed by an attorney? If so, by whom?
5. If not, where are you employed?
6. Are you aware that there is no compensation for being on the BOD?
7. Are you aware that there is no liability insurance for members of the BOD?
8. What are your skills that qualify you to be a member of the BOD?
9. Are you a puppet or yes man for anyone? Who?
10. In light of the above, why would you assume the risk that comes with a position on the BOD?
11. What value is it to you to be on the BOD?

The SC strongly suggests that any homeowner intending to participate in the illegal election proposed by VEN consider the answers to the above questions. The SC believes that there is a much better path to resolving the issues between the SC and VEN. Why a power grab that will only bring more lawsuits? We urge all homeowners to not participate in this grab for power.

The SC will propose a better opportunity to the homeowners for resolving these issues.
