There must be limit to the cost and cannot be unlimied. ?a % of annual HOA fee.
It seems like actions may have shifted from honest policy disputes to possible theft.
Certainly there needs to be legal action to determine which persons can act for the homeowners and the extent of their authority. Perhaps they can also share the source of their "divine inspiration" to act in our "best" interest without our consent.
