This SC has an agenda of total deception in all ways, they actually believe their BS! All will come crashing down when they attempt to get the community to fund an assessment for their woes; then the neighbors who are sleeping will wake up and see them for who they really are and sadly the expense to clean up their mess will not be easy. Everyone should do their best to wake our neighbors up and fast......
If you follow their blog, they refer to "our lawyer this, our lawyer that" as the SC......IT IS NOT THEIR LAWYER, IT IS OUR LAWYER AT OUR EXPENSE. and just who is this Olga? What a joke, A new team needs to get in their and clean her out as well and replace her at half the fee, I am told She is making double that of Rosa, and all she does is fight against owners in lock step with the SC..Despicable!
Lets not fall for their lies anymore on how hard they are working. we are all very tired of it!

You are dead-on in your assessment. Let's not forget that if this continues, the Developer will move forward with their suit against the VHOA and this effects the entire community. Liens will be placed against all the homes. Try selling your home with that hanging over it. We desperately need to replace that crazed bunch and get a group that can negotiate with the developer and move forward. I like many others I have spoken with, will never pay another dollar to the existing HOA.

Are we responsible caring members of this Valley willing to sit back and watch the current Steering Committee waste our Homeowners fees and destroy our home values or shall we call an end to this BS? Even their own secretary, Olga, recently advised them to not send out certain correspondence since it was slanderous and criminal. The fabulous secretary that Jerry Loveless recently called one of the best employees he has ever had. In a documents recently provided to the local authorities, that same secretary called Jerry a ***hole. I guess she doesn’t hold him in the same high regard. Well done Olga.
The SC is working very hard...to push forward their own agenda and exclude property owners...they don't need us till it is dues paying time..pay your money and shut up...Their attempted " coup " of the security has not worked out as they expected..bribery and intimidation did not work..Olga was brought on board by Charbit..from one of his past lives..she is lock step to his orders...property owners...just shut up and pay...the SC will take care of you...you ain't seen nothing yet !!...Expel them NOW...not later

Rosa didn't need to work full time. She was excellent in half the time it takes Olga to do her job.
Olga spends her time confronting homeowners.
Olga says she has the highest respect for Jerry Loveless and yet she called him an ***hole and now she denies that. I believe a copy of the text message which she has agreed in front of the local prosecutor that is was in fact her statement, will be made available in the next day or so. So if she would lie about this,knowing it will be exposed she seems to be taking lessons from Charbit. Now I have a neighbor with another stupid sign on the back of his dune buggy, what is that about?
