To All Homeowners of VE,
After carefully evaluating the events and divisiveness of neighbors in Valle Escondido with the developer and ourselves as neighbors, one thing is very clear. Apathy! Did I mention Apathy? Oh yes, Apathy!
Over 70 individual properties have signed the Homeowners Declaration recently in which all agree we will not be responsible for the reckless and now what appears criminal behavior / charges of this Steering Committee.
So the question every homeowner needs answered is, "Why in the world would this SC group remain SC members?" Well, here is the buzz apparently getting out by talking birdies in their camp. The statement below was stated to one of their friends…..
"If we step down as SC members we will lose our right and control of the funds of the HOA to pay our legal fees!" Did you hear this VE owners?!!
We at VE neighbors have asked this question over and over to the sc with a response of complete silence. Now we all know the real answer!
EVERY OWNER MUST WAKE UP AND RIGHT NOW! DEMAND THEIR REMOVAL; IF NOT, THE REMAINING FUNDS IN OUR HOA ACCOUNT FOR THE YEAR COULD GO TOWARDS PAYING THEIR LEGAL FEES.
THIS IS OUR MONEY, THIS WAS THEIR RECKLESS ACTIONS. THEY MUST DEFEND THEMSELVES WITH THEIR OWN MONEY AND NOW.....WE MUST FORCE THEM OUT, SO THEY CANNOT USE OUR HOA FEES. THEIR LAWYER IS OUR LAWYER, NOT THEIR LAWYER, AND BY ALL APPEARANCE NOT A GOOD LAWYER.
YOUR SLEEPING SILENCE, IF CONTINUED WILL COST YOU A LOT OF MONEY NEXT YEAR,THEN YOU WILL HAVE NO REASON TO COMPLAIN, NOT TO MENTION TRYING TO SELL YOUR PROPERTY!
WE NEED EVERYONE TO TAKE THESE MATTERS SERIOUS AND MAKE YOUR VOICE HEARD LOUD AND CLEAR. IGNORING THESE ISSUES WILL ONLY MAKE THEM WORSE! Saying nothing to not get involved is a vote in their favor. PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT NOW, OR FOREVER KEEP IT WITH A MUCH LOWER VALUE!

This is more than concerning, but now offers perfect sense why they have ignored pleas to answer that one very important question.
My Husband & I signed on weeks ago! We will encourage others of this importance! There is no other logical reason as to why they would stay on! We will not pay these fees with our money in the future!
