Do you know that a few nights ago the new security company SLEPT THROUGH THEIR ENTIRE NIGHTIME SHIFT!! YES, they pulled the curtains in the office and slept right through the night, not going out on their rounds of our homes that they are entrusted to protect!!! Surely, this must be the LESSER security company.
Surely it cannot be Ralfs company, BCS, who has provided all of Valle Escondido with honest security for several years. Back when homeowners never even had to THINK of security much less talk about it. We were safe and we could rest in that.
And as for stating we the homeowners would be saving 30% from Ralf's contract cannot possibly be true, unless their contractual obligations to guard VE are so minimized in comparison to BCS, that maybe they can sleep through the night shifts. umm.
I think the Steering Committee should show us, the homeowners, the contract with the new company. Showing the pay agreed upon and the number of guards, and their duties. Lets compare apples to apples. That sounds fair doesn't it. They should be able to post it on both blogs quickly and end this discussion one way or the other.
If you hear that BCS are working illegally, that is an old lie that keeps getting repeated.
IT HAS BEEN PROVEN OVER AND OVER THAT BCS AND RALF ARE LICENSED AND IN COMPLETE ACCORDANCE WITH PANAMANIAN LAW.

Of course he cannot give a name as there is no way that Richard spoke to an FBI agent except to say "could you please loosen my handcuffs officer". Richard has demonstrated countless times that he will lie to anyone to include the Homeowners in VE. His low morals got him arrested in the US , and also got him arrested and deported from Panama. He has filed countless false accusations with authorities in Panama seeking revenge. Since that failed, he is now attempting to destroy the reputation of two individuals that have worked digently to assist in keeping not only VE but the community safe. What is totally mind boggling to me, is that this Steering Committee is intimidated by Richard. If they simply had the gumption to turn off Skype, ignore his emails they could gain some respect in the community. However they remain a tool for Richard to create problems within the Valley. What are they afraid of?
So now we are expected to give credence to this person who has been exposed for multiple crimes and lies, when he attempts to do character assination to long standing members of VE. Who will he lie about next? How many times does this community buy into this obviously mentally disturbed inividual? We the community need to put an end to this madness. If it takes replacing the entire Steering Committee, let's do so.

Is this important to the homeowners of VE, or have they become numb?
I, for one, do not see the security golf carts cruising our homes at night like they did before with BCS. I know, because the lights always wake me up. I have not seen any lights in the past several nights!!
How long till the 'wrong people' find this out? Are we just waiting for a catastrophe before we do something? This is ABSURD!
