Yes, months ago I told everyone involved in this fiasco the truth about Richard Charbit's past. This was after I asked Richard to come clean himself and he chose not to. These same individuals, who now admit that they knew the truth over four months ago, deliberately chose to lie to the VE homeowners and rallied around Richard using him as he used them for their own private agendas.
This group of individuals, who now have decided that Richard is no longer of use to them, are now asking for your vote of confidence. This after they themselves have engaged in criminal activities making them no better than "SC member # 4".
So where are VE homeowners today as a result of each one of these individuals?
- Blasco security contacted BCS today saying they do not know who to report to or who is to tell them what to do.
- The VEHOA a office was "ransacked" by the now opposing parties within the SC and many items including computers, the VE checkbook, and documents are missing. Blasco security has been locked out the VEHOA office.
- There are no VEHOA employees to maintain the waste water plants,which were previously maintained by Liberty Services, and Javier, the real President of the VEHOA board of directors who maintained these systems, has supposedly resigned. This is a major concern and huge liability for VE homeowners if these systems fail.
- The in house legal counsel for the VEHOA was given a contract that has a termination clause for over $27,000. Yet these geniuses, who signed this outrageous contract, now want to hire a different lawyer.
- There are serious criminal charges against SC members from both the developer and myself due to the reckless criminal activity they engaged in and according to Richard they wanted to sell out VE homeowners in taking the infrastructure "AS-IS" in return for the developer dropping these charges.

I am forwarding the email from the "election inspector" to my attorney representing me in my criminal case against SC members. This is clear proof, provided from the same individuals I am suing, that I did tell them the truth over four months ago yet they chose to deliberately conspire to engage in criminal activities to discredit me to the point of saying I was dangerous and violent in an effort to keep homeowners from hearing the truth.
Shame on all of you who were/are part of this.

two facts that are wrong:
the checkbook is safe as Mr. Maffitt is the only who has it and it has never been in the VEHOA office
Javier has not been maintaining the WWTP or working on any water issues, this has been done by Antonio and he will remain to do so for the good of the VEHOA

What happened to Ralf's credentials being photoshopped? I remember Jeannie Bell telling a group of us the Ralf was a liar and that he had no experience whatsoever in Law Enforcement. We actually thought it might be true as who would be stupid enough to make such reckless claims if they were not true. Ralf, please post your email address as I have private emails from two SC members saying horrible things about you and I feel you deserve to see them and hopefully use them as evidence in your criminal case against these individuals. These individuals are despicable and to think that at one point I actually believed them. I clearly remember specific SC members and some of their advisors swearing to me that it was not the same Richard Charbit but rather his cousin. They said Ralf was a liar working for Thalia and we actually believed them. This after they now admit that they knew Ralf told them the truth right from the beginning.
Can people actually be this stupid?
Travesty beyond belief! How can I or any owner ever acquire fair property value for my home and get of here now! This SC has just screwed this place up beyond belief! I agree, anyone who wants to sell their home here better get involved to help cure these problems or they have no cause to complain justify why they cannot sell. Someone just wrote recently that "Owner Apathy" is the problem in VE. I totally agree. So few step up to help even at their own demise!
Why is Olga posting here or anywhere? She is not a homeowner nor any type of VEHOA employee any longer. She has been vulgar and rude to countless VE homeowners and she was complicit in hiding her boss', I mean the SC chairman's, intensive criminal past. Rumor is that she is not even legally married and that she had no work permit for the services she performed under the SC. If this is true then the VEHOA could be liable for huge fines by the Panamanian labor department.
First of all, when I post here I sign my name and often times my comments are not posted.
Secondly, I was clarifying information that was not true posted by a non owner as well, and I did because I just left my position as Administrator and was asked to do this.
I am legally married and even though I do not have to, I can show my marriage license.
I have been rude or vulgar to anyone. I am not vulgar, unlike the treatment I have received from some.
Most importantly, again, I WAS NEVER AN EMPLOYEE, but a service provider for the VEHOA and billed accordingly and I have a RUC issued by MEF, which is displayed on each invoice, so please do not slander my persona.
I am out of VEHOA but want to make sure I have no legal liability for anything misleading that involves my name.

Olga very interesting, are you legally married to Antonio, the same person working for Charbit and serving on the board of directors for VE? Also why are you claiming that you were a service provider and not an employee? Could it be that you have no Panamanian citizenship and do not possess a legal work permit for Panama? Do you realize that if the above facts are true then you are in violation of Panama labor laws and the VEHOA SC was complicit in this?
Yes I am legally married to that Antonio who called for a Board meeting because he wishes to resign on the BOD of VE as he was only doing it as a favor, is not compensated for it, nor does he need the aggravation or headache. And yes, as I have answered before, he works for Charbit since July as his foreman and this is in no way related to VE.
For your information, Valle Escondido as a non profit organization does not have any employees, does not have payroll and does not pay social security or benefits. If you know anything about the difference between a subcontractor and an employee, you would know that under Panama law, an employee is someone who has a set schedule, who pays social security and has benefits such as sick days, vacation, holiday pay, antiquity premium, etc. none of which VEHOA offers nor pays because VEHOA does not have a employer number nor pays payroll taxes.
A Service Provider or Independent Contractor has a contract for this kind of services, pays their own taxes and does not have any set schedule or benefits or is entitled to any of the employee benefits. This I explained on this site and on VEHOA site and offered my contract to be reviewed. It is no longer valid as I quit my position, but I can show it. Additionally, when you have a RUC number and render professional services, hence pay your own taxes with MEF or DGI whichever you want to call it, you are not required to have a work permit. I do not have one because I am not an employee nor do I work or care to work as one. I did this in US, the only country I have ever claimed to be a citizen of, I actually filed 25 income taxes in the US. So, whatever else private information I give you, at your request, is a proof of my transparency but not a requirement. The only reason I quit is because I only do work that complies with the law, and right now, had I continued to work in VE I would have been breaking Panama laws.
I am a law abiding citizen. I am sure you have had the enlightenment of looking into my past or so it seems, so you would know that aside from a few traffic tickets there is nothing in past, not there nor in the years I have lived in Panama, which by the way date back to the late 70´s and I can show you those too. I did graduate high school in Panama in 1988.... please do ask, I am and have always been an open book with no skeletons or ghosts anywhere

Are you saying that Maffet has the checkbook at his home with no controls in place? Where are all bank documents and statements?? I'm thinking it's time for the police to be involved.!
